Does this method really work for weight loss/ getting in shape?

Does the traditional cardio (3-4 times a week) really work to help weight loss. I'm looking to loose about 15 lbs over next few months, and would also like too add weight training in. Does the weight training disrupt the cardio and change how your body looses weight? What is the best method to loose weight but become somewhat toned with the weights? I think I am lacking in motivation that this will really work over time and quickly become frustrated if I don't see change quickly. Thanks and Happy New Year!Does this method really work for weight loss/ getting in shape?
Try the Baby Jack workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr鈥?/a>Does this method really work for weight loss/ getting in shape?
It is great to couple weightlifting with cardio as long you don't overdo the weightlifting part. The reason is that muscle weighs more then fat, so you may end up gaining instead of losing. Don't give up cardio! Losing weight is a matter of taking in fewer calories and cardio is the best way to burn calories. Just walking for 1 hour will burn about 300 calories. Running for an hour will burn over twice as much. If you're going for that toned look, weight lifting will indeed add muscle definition.

Good luck!
You need to make sure that you both exercise and eat healthy if you want to achieve the changes in weight you desire. There are no quick fixes, but there are plenty of different methods you can use to achieve the body that you desire.

Cardio will help you lose weight, but I find alot of people go overboard on it, without muscle mass you look like sh!t.
