is westcor a part of target if not then no your card will not work there but to be sure i'd call the store and ask them simple as that.Will this work, or not, westcor gift card?
Actually you can use it. All Westcor gift cards come with an American Express or Visa logo. You can use it anywhere as long as it has that logo on the lower right hand corner. Report Abuse
