Where the heck did you see that?? And did it say how and why it would work exactly? Because that whole thing just sounds completely illogical. Plus how much bread and butter and pints of water are we talking about here? Even if you had one piece of bread a day, if you can't see your rib cage now...you won't in 4 days. And if you meant that the article told you to drink just one pint of water a day, any weight you DID lose would be water weight which is not something you should really pay attention to because your water weight fluctuates several pounds every single day. Plus 1 pint of water is only 2 cups...you need to be drinking at least 48oz (6 cups) a day. And again, if you can't see your rib cage now, losing a bunch of your water weight isn't going to change that either. No matter what you do, what you eat or don't eat, what diet pills you take, how much you work out....it would be impossible to actually see a change in your body over just 4 days. That's not NEARLY enough time.
