Monday- Back and shoulders, abs ,
Tuesday- Legs
Wednesday- Arms and chest abs
thursday rest
friday- back, shoulders, abs
saturday- legs
sunday- Arms Chest abs.
(I take one week off after every month)How does this weight training work out sound to you?
This sounds great.... always listen to your body though. If one day you feel too tired make sure you take it easy so you don't overload your body too much. I would give it a try and modify it if it isn't working for you. Also remember you are only working out a few hours a week, and you are sleeping and eating a lot more than that (so get enough sleep and eat right). Make sure if you have really tough workouts they are no longer than 40 min. Duration is key. You want to expose your body to enough stress so it adapts by putting on more muscle tissue, but you never want to work it so hard that your body needs to break down muscle mass for energy.
