This morning at work i was using a lawnmower at aprox 7.15 a.m. Is this against any noise pollution regulation

The area was commercial however there were some residential dwellings in the vicinity. This morning at work i was using a lawnmower at aprox 7.15 a.m. Is this against any noise pollution regulation
The law states that you are not allowed to sound a car horn between the hours of 23-00-07-00 unless in an emergency.

So if you were using a lawnmower at 07-15 outside my house then expect to get a few bones broken. How would you like to be awoken to a noise like that at that time in the morning ?!!! Tw@T!!!This morning at work i was using a lawnmower at aprox 7.15 a.m. Is this against any noise pollution regulation

You are going to have to check with the city where you are. Times can vary by location. Generally, no noise between 10 pm and 7 am, but it may be different where you are. You may be aboe to search the city web site for city codes or just call code enforcement at city hall.
There are regulations, and they vary by region, so check with the local authorities. (Yahoo is of little help if you don't say where you are).

Those who say that before 9a.m. is too early should go to bed before 3a.m. (If you work nights, yes it's hard but that's your choice. I did it for years, while living next to a steel yard).
Any sound over 60db (desabelles) between 10pm and 7am is illegal, but any noise between 7am to 10pm is absolutely fine.
It is a real nuisance before 9 a.m. in a residential area especially on a Sunday morning.
If you used it near me at that time you would be wearing it.There are regulations in place about noise and time.
Whatever the regulations, it's just plain rude.
No....However it is a bit Inconsiderate of you isnt it.??
You'd need to check that with your city ordinance.

I once had the police called to my 5 yr. Old's birthday on a Sat. at 3 p.m. Go figure!
