The meta key word and description that will hit the most searches will get you ranked higher. Google search charges a fee to be ranked highly. You need to submit your site to the various search engines to get visited and ranked, There are numerous services available that will do all that for you for a fee, some even guarantee a ranking.
You can subscibe to directory and referral services.
If you are not on the first two pages you won't get alot of traffic.
